Ray is proud to have recieved the support from friends and neighbors of the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th Wards for their endorsement to continue to serve as their representative in the Albany County Legislature.
"We have accomplished so much; from success of the Nursing Home, creation of the Albany County Land Bank, to maintaining county property taxes within the tax cap for six consecutive years" said Ray Joyce. "Our policy agenda for 2019 will continue to expand the work we have done into further initiatives to address our communities, affordable housing, equality and government reforms including independent reapportionment, electronic voting and new campaign finance and ethics requirements".
Ray is extremly humbled by their support and grateful to recieve their unamous endorsement to represent the neighborhood he has been fortunate enough to call home for 50 years, it continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences of his life.
